New ticketing tool available for SAP

Buenos Dias,

There is a new ticketing tool available for SAP, called STA Ticket System. You can create error reports in SAP and the program includes all runtime information automatically:

- system name, client number
- logo user name, language
- program name, transaction code, screen number, subscreen number etc.
- screen field values (also selection screen field values)
- and much more...

The program can attach the following automatically:
- SU53 output
- short dump
- shortcut to relevant transaction
- screenshot

You can generate tickets in PDF and Word format or send it as an email or to external issue tracking systems (for ex. Zendesk).
